Improve long-form readability while preserving paco.org’s terminal/retro interface identity.

Moved ordinary body copy to a system UI sans-serif stack while retaining JetBrains Mono for interface/terminal elements.
Added robust local font fallbacks so the site remains readable if the Google Fonts request fails.
Constrained long-form article content to a readable measure (76ch).
Increased paragraph/list line-height for sustained reading.
Reduced forced uppercase and excessive letter spacing inside article/page content while preserving uppercase styling for interface chrome.
Preserved the established site identity, including the Still learning. homepage headline and Learn. Teach. Tech. header tagline.

The terminal aesthetic remains part of the site’s chrome, but authored content now reads as authored content rather than terminal output.

EI-6.2 is complete.
